i don't want to show the art (don't worry, it's just about sleep problems haha)
but i will say it made me feel better.
i didn't think that it would but to
express my feelings through my art
really did help alot!

I stay up until 1:00-3:00 unable to sleep
And I regularly wake up around 5-6 am every single day. You are not alone <3
