I decided I should make a fanart for my favorite adoptables! Design credit to http://www.chickensmoothie.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?f=58&t=322139. This Pixer's name is Oz! I think this is my best Oekaki yet. I trid to make it 'glow', but it failed.

Easy way to make your image 'glow':
- Colour in lines as normal
- Make a new layer; place behind colour & lines (but above any background you may have!). Name it Glow.
- Colour the area you want to glow Use whatever tool you like the effect of. (I use pencil cuz it's simple.)
- Smudge the edges to make it look kinda fuzzy.
- Alter the opacity of your Glow layer until you think it looks good.

Hopefully my instructions are easy enough to understand?
