Saw a post on the casual discussion thread theorizing that the restort is destroying the forest for the golf course and that was the plot of the Summer Vacation this year and I just got excited. It made me think of 2014's cleo vs archie business (or what I remember from it)!! When I find the post again I'll quote it here ^^

So here's my theory:
The hotel is cutting down the jungle to make room for more stuff. The spirits of the jungle obviously aren't happy about that, so they've been kidnapping hotel staff and are keeping them prisoner in the temple until they stop destroying the jungle.

I think it's also a very current theme considering the state of the planet and how we're treating it environmentally!! Not sure if CS is going to get that real, but I think it would be cool! I also think it would result in some awesome stamps like the "Team Cleo/Archie" stamps and the "I ship Cleo and Archie" stamp (which I thought was both awesome and hilarious!)
