I'm pretty sure it's actually an item you can win from the duck races. I don't know if it counts as a 'pet' exactly, but it is a very cute image.

The snake plushie is an item from the jungle event. There's a smaller pet hidden behind the snake.

This snake is so cute! :)
I just... hope he finds a way to play his drum with no hands, poor dude

He can use his tail to play the drum. He will find a way to do what he loves.
