Bottom Kit - Faven - Female - ? - ?
[Name] has always been geared towards science, excelling
in classes with a scientific or mathematic pursuit, even while
struggling to keep her grades up in classes such as english or
history. Koda and Thema were never mad or disappointed
in her performance in school, and rather encouraged her
to do her best, even if it might not be the best.
She was present at many a science club, and especially
preferred those that delved into the prospect of life off
of earth, whether it be kalons or extra-terrestrial. Her
interest wasn't rooted in a want or need to escape
earth, but rather a desperate need to know what was
out there waiting to be discovered. A wandering soul
at heart, she was rarely found close to home.
She was accepted in college with a nearly full ride,
much to the relief of her parents, who weren't eager
to shoulder the weight of a house full of children and
two college tuitions, and studied anything to do with
life, or places, off of earth.
It wasn't long before she discovered the oppurtunity
to join a colonization team for a planet in a nearby
solar system through one of her professors, and
jumped at the opportunity. Due to her ability to get
along with the vast majority of people and mediate
arguments, both skills learned from having many
siblings, she was a clear choice for the mission.
Her Colonization Team soon became a second family
to her, a fact her parents were immensely grateful
for, and were invited over often enough in the years
before the launch that it wasn't long before Koda and
Thema considered them their children as well.
Although techonology is advanced enough to have video
calls across solar systems with only a few seconds delay,
it's costly and each member is only allowed a chat once
or twice a month, plus special occasions. Written messages
are much cheaper and not restricted.
[Name]'s video calls are an occasion however, and everyone
joins. There's no need for [name] to ever converse with their
parents alone, as everyone is considered family, and even if
there was a need it would be respected as everyone would
understand the topic at hand was serious, or perhaps just
something they couldn't know quite yet but
would soon enough.
