I absolutely adore deer and sea creatures, so this was a blast to sketch out hhhf

Suggestions: I was doing a forum game where you give a character and get one. I like the concept of Jellyfish, but I just don't feel connected to them. It might be the blandness of color.

What I Did

Well I made this dooder more interesting with the addition of some more jellyfish-like bits, swapped some colors around, added... Well ok I added quite a few colors, but I kept the patterns simple so that they could be replicated. I also really liked the mucus on the antlers so I ended up keeping that aspect as well as the antler color, some of the patterns are also reminiscent of the original design.
Overall, my plan was to keep the base aspects and give them a bit more funk haha
