First Viscet and I'm honored to say that it's this guy!
Got 'em in a raffle, number 11.

His name is Rayn and he is a wizard in training. No teacher, strictly self taught from a weird book he bought. He's got a hard time getting his magic to work the way he wants it to when he can't think clearly, but his rain spells are always reliable. How odd. He once made it rain fire, just little embers, but cleaning up the mess was quite the adventure.

I might add some more info later, but I think this gives a decent glimpse at who he is
