What is a Dischargee?
A Dischargee is a Canine mammal. The have big fluffy tails that rub against many things, creating a Negitive charge in their bodies. Sometimes when the electricity gets to out of hand, it creates a it of fire and the Dischargee gets Scorched. Dischargees are a closed Species.
The Spots
The spots on a Dischargee are basically pores/Batteries. The battery part is when the Electricity gets a bit too 'Static' and weird pulp/ Slime stuff oozes out. The slime stores some of the Electricity. The pore mart is when attacked it sprays Poison/Toxic stuff out, paralyzing the target.
Spees
Spees are living bug, plant, things that attach to the Dischargee and feed off of the electricity. this does not harm The Dischargee because Dischargees can live without electricity, but it will be hard.
Defense
Since Dischargees get hunted for there big fluffy tails, when it gets chopped off the remaining electrons in the tail rub together and create a shock around the tail, preventing the human from taking it, but, of course the electrons can get tired and run out. If the human retreats then the Dischargee comes and eats its own tail for some reason.
