a rat's story part 1 (chapter 1&2)

chapter 1

it was the start of spring and it was a chilly day
snow woke up cold and looked around for her brother but he had left the den. "i guess that's simon for you" she mumbled to herself.
as she walked out of the den she saw simon talking with roxi, simon had been hanging out with roxi for 3 weeks now. roxi was a pretty brown rat with stripes on her back and dark brown eyes. simon was flirting with her a lot lately. snow rolled her eyes at them and looked around for dusty. dusty was a brown rat with messy fur. she was also bffs with snow and they were going to look at the river that day.
"snow!"dusty called out. snow ran over to dusty. "look down there!"dusty shouted. snow looked down to the river then she saw them. the cats!

chapter 2

callie woke up to silver yelling at her. "callie wake up!"silver yelled. "what now?"callie asked. "its your big day remember?"silver told callie. soon callie remembered, she was now fully grown and she was going to see tiger who was there leader. "oh right!"callie told silver.callie ran out side to meet tiger. "you will be in the river if you don't slow down callie!" joked silver. "very funny silver." callie yelled back. "callie!" a kitten yelled. callie stopped to see holly running beside her. holly was a brown kitten with amber eyes. "were are you going callie?"asked holly. holly's brother dust walked over to them. "hey callie!"he shouted. "hi."callie replied. holly looked at callie "were are you going callie?"she repeated. "you don't know?"asked dust. "no!"replied holly. "she is not a kitten like us anymore."he told holly."she is going to see tiger!" holly looked shocked. "is this true?" she asked callie. "yes and i have to go now"callie replied before she ran off to the cave to meet tiger.
