this is a character from a roleplay by mimi
(the roleplay is on scratch, not cs)
this isn't super accurate to how I imagine him, but that's alright
he's a komodo dragon that has no social skills, due to being kept at home all the time, since komodos
don't have a very good reputation

did you know? the names for rain and snow clouds is
'cumulonimbus' or 'nimbostratus', depending on the structure!
