With pride month, I feel as being straight, even as asexual, that im not allowed to be proud who I am. Just because Im not in the lgbtq+ community (other than asexual, which in my defense, not many people seem to recognise them in it) I cant feel proud of myself. Are straights not allowed to be proud?? I dont get it.
It hurts me to think that. I understand many people in the lgbtq+ community are under appreciated, and they deserve to be proud and seen, but i still feel like I cant be proud of being straight.

Of course you deserve to be proud! You are YOU, no matter your sexuality, gender, looks, race, ext. ext. and you deserve to be proud of who you are! I hope you feel better about yourself, because you are special! After all, think about how many choices in the universe you've made to be you, no one else, but you! Live strong! Hold your head high!

you can be proud thst you're straight! yes, pride month is generally to celebrate lgbt+, but that's just because they usually don't get pride for being who they are. always be proud of yourself! you are you! ♥️♥️
