Faelings are small, fairy like creatures that live mostly in the dense forests of the world, but can sometimes be found in oceans, the skies, or even the hottest of places. It depends on their element! If they have the common nature or earth element, you will most likely find them in the forests or deep underground in burrows. More uncommon element Faelings will likely be found in rivers, streams, lakes, and the ocean. Rarer element faelings like fire will likely be found in hotter places, like the desert or even within the lava of a volcano. The rarest element Faelings commonly either have light element, space element, or wind element. Every element that they are is represented by the pearl in their forehead. Color of the pearl depends on the Faelings element.

Pearls are a faelings life source. Removing it will kill your 2 inch tall friend. Sometimes, the pearls glow, signifying that this faeling has a bit more magic within them then the others. It's rare for other parts of a faelings body to glow, but that usually means they have more magic then those with a glowing pearl.

• Faelings are a closed species. you can not make your own at this time.
  
• Selling your faeling for any currency, be it art, points, usd, etc, is strictly prohibited.
  
• Faelings can only be traded for other faelings at this time. The trading cooldown is one month (4 weeks).
  
• You may roleplay faelings.
  
• Transfers out of the species must be first discussed with the original artist of the design, and then secondly with the species Owners and run on a case-by-case basis. If these steps are refused to be taken, and the transfer goes forth anyway, it will result in a ban on the user. A transfer will only be approved for special circumstances.
  
• Be kind and courteous to every member, harassment within the species will not be tolerated. Please do not whine or beg for Faelings.
  
• Respect Artists and their adopt competitions. Do not post forms after the deadline, continually bump an unjudged competition, or attempt to blackmail/persuade the artist into picking your form.
  
• We would appreciate it if you asked a species Owner before making public Faeling based threads. Roleplays and such are fine to proceed without permission.
  
• Please do not mini mod the threads. Allow all questions posted here to be answered by staff only and if there is an issue contact a member of staff directly. Please message a species Owner if you have any complaints or concerns instead of posting them here.
