You walk into a field, filled with butterflies flying everywhere flashes over colors and the soft beating of thin, delicate wings. Caterpillars crawling over the blades of grass. Don't step on them! Pupas hanging from the willow trees surrounding the meadow. A young girl sits on a rock surrounded by milkweed in the center. She waves to you, asking you to come towards her. "Hello," she says in a soft, quiet voice. She wore a crown of colorful flowers, petals sticking out of her long, dark hair. She waves a hand around her. "You can keep one of my catterpillars, if you like. Pick one."

Breeding and Growth

After two weeks, your caterpillar will become a pupa! After another two weeks, the pupa opens and you have a brand new butterfly! An adult butterfly may breed once every two weeks. The number of offspring, and what traits they inherit from your chosen parents, are random unless said otherwise.
