You can get a XP-Pen Star G430 https://www.xp-pen.com/product/46.html drawing tablet for 30 dollars , I think. Don’t know how cheap is that. You could even get a used one.

It's perfect if you're just getting into drawing on a tablet. The price was the best I've ever seen for a drawing tablet and the extra stuff that it came with was just topping it all off. The only down said is its size ( 4 x 3 inches working area ) but that makes it perfect for travel drawing if you have a laptop with you. I drew this in firealpaca for about 5 hours and I personally thinks its the best I've done on a drawing ever.
