WOW OKAY so this only took me forever
However, after dealing with bugs, glitches, and lost connections, it's finally done!
The reason why there's so few in the top right-ish corner and why so many are packed together is because the way that the foreground and background worked in the sparse area made it pretty much impossible for any part of the scarfies to be visible
