　　take a moment to breathe. can you smell the scent of flowers on the wind— sweet and gentle as the sun rises over meadows and green hills and the valleys between them? watch how it washes over the plains, soaking the landscape in its dulcet tones. dew drops hang from the leaves of trees overhead, scattering light between their branches— and if you listen closely, you can imagine the sound of the ocean wafting through the canopy. it's spring again.

　　something beckons you through the forest, enticing you with the faint sound of music. the deeper you go, the louder it gets— and soon, you can make out a melody drifting from the center of the forest. you hear laughter echoing from the inner glade, and finally, when you make it to the middle, you gently part a veil of willow leaves to reveal something you never expected.

　　before you, you see a meadow brimming with life and noise, wildflowers bursting forth from the ground and dappling the grass with so many colors you can't even begin to count them all. a festival of life, to welcome in the new season and to celebrate new beginnings, new friendships, new hopes and dreams.

　　" oh? you seem new around here, " comes a little voice at your side. you look, and you see a komo grinning up at you, carrying a bouquet. all around, other komos seem to be running to and fro from the flowers and trees to the myriad booths lining the meadow's edge.

　　"lucky you! you're just in time— spring's begun, so let's celebrate shall we?"

♡ 　follow all cs/tess rules as well as komohaerts rules.
♡ 　no whining/guilt tripping if you don't win something!
♡ 　be kind and respectful to everyone!
♡ 　this event will run from april 3rd to april 22nd for a total of 20 days.
♡ 　if you have a question, please post it in the main event thread (this one!). check the faq first though!

t o k e n s
♡ 　you will have the opportunity to earn chocolate coins which can be used to buy items in the event shop or be used for adopts.
♡ 　a chocolate coin has a worth of 1, and chocolate bunnies are worth 10 coins.
♡ 　a bank will be managed by komo staff, but it is highly recommended you keep track on your own as well.
♡ 　coins for this event will expire once the event ends.
♡ 　coins can be earned by participating in booths, submitting daily prompts, and via daily claims.
♡ 　each person may gift up to 20 coins to another user. this is 20 total, not 20 per giftee. once you have reached the limit, you cannot gift any more tokens.
♡ 　you may trade coins for art and other such services. proof must be provided.
♡ 　please refer to the event bank for more information on gifting, trading, and how to do so.

♡ 　you may adopt a maximum of 2 event komos. these komos count towards your komo limit
♡ 　some booths may also have adoptable komos as prizes. these count towards the event/komo limit.
