personality: known as a dàshì guǐ in chinese culture -- a ghost with great powers who is very violent
and aggressive, preferring to rule over inferior ghosts. she's very cruel and spiteful, merciless to no
ghost that steps into her path. bàoliè is relentless in her torture, often enjoying the horror of lesser
ghosts. she's seen as twisted and insane by the ghosts who dare speak of her in such a way.

history: bàoliè became a dàshì guǐ when she died. in her lifetime, she was also cruel and
manipulative. she had no mercy and no love for those she met, incapable of such warm emotions.
over time, she became too cold and too harsh to handle. not only was she a ruler in the living world,
but she's a ruler in the ghost world.
