If you do not own both, the owner of the second Acala must give consent before they are bred.

Breeding Rules
Acala's mate for life but cannot gestate for 15 (or less) days
It doesn't matter their gender
Rare genes/mutations and up have a 25% chance of being passed on
Since Acala are so small, they only have 2 pups max at a time
Acala tend to stick to one mate for life but there have been rare times where an Acala will find two or more mates and essentially have a harem.
