KOICATS is now an adopts!

just a cleanup of this sketch

i'm not sure i really like the tail, but i can obviously edit that !

the end of the tail does have a lot going on,(i mean i like it) but maybe if it becomes a species a bushy/lightly bushy tail fin thing. could be an edit or smthn idk.
