custom/myo guidelines
• all permanent staff are allowed 1 rare and under custom upon hiring; more customs/deity/illegal(?) traits can be earned with time/activity
• guest artists are allowed 1 rare and under custom after all competitions are closed
• do not ask about customs or myo's when slots are closed
• you may not falsify a custom or myo slot
• you may purchase trait upgrades for customs/myo's at any time
• you may not edit the altine once it has been approved
