Meet Ginger! She is one of my partridge silkie chickens. Actually, this same picture is in my sig, and I just realized it! \/ You can tell I like the picture!

I'm not really happy with the contrast here, but that's okay. I like the wood LOL. . . And the chicken separately. The two objects don't really match in the same art style (to me anyways). Or maybe I'm going crazy because I've stared at it so long. I don't know.

Reference picture was taken by me (picture is in my signature), and it's my chicken. Yes, they're fluffy!
The time is off, btw. I don't know by how much. Doesn't really matter.

I would say that I'm going to find something other than a chicken to draw next time,... But that's not happening. I've already got the next one picked out! I only did this one because I already had it started!!! It'll be a few weeks before I get another done, probably. College and work and stuff, you know.



HEY! On a completely different subject, does anyone have a drawing software suggestion for my laptop? I was thinking about getting one. I know the features (ie pressure and such) are better with different software. I can't remember what anything is called. TBH, this is just on my touchscreen on my laptop. . . I have got to get a Bamboo pen or something. My fingers are so fat and stubby! If you have any suggestions, feel free to shoot me a message!

So cute and fluffy! Out of all my chickens I have only one silkie and he is white and majestic. xD Such silly birds, mine is lacking common sense. In the winter he won't get out of the cold at night (even in -10 weather), and we have to get him and put him in the heated chicken coop. I don't care how fluffy he is he would be a frozen chicken wing if we left him out! haha Mine's name is Frodo.
