- Leukodon; Leuk is the root word of lynx
meaning "Light" "Brightness" and tied in
with the word Smilodon referring to the
prehistoric Saber Tooth cat.
- Leukodons live for 12 years on average.
- A shorter name for Leukodons is Leukos.
- Leukodons are a once extinct species of
Lynxes.
-The white space in the back ear gives off
a white glow, only truly visible in the
darkest night.
- Males contain back manes to show off
their strength.
- Females lack these to be more accurate
in speed and intelligence.
-Leukodons are mostly solitary but some-
times get into small groups called a chain.

A leukodon is a once extinct prehistoric saber lynx recently discovered to be still alive. There are few of this subspecies of the lynx around. So far they have been discovered in Europe around the most mountains and tundras.
Males are 83cm at the highest from their paws to their shoulders, and females are 75 cm tall paw to shoulder. No matter what sex their teeth can range from 10cm to 20cm in length and it's quite more common for females to contain longer teeth. Leukodon claws are retractable and strong enough to dig through rocks when climbing mountains, this is also useful for battles and hunting.
Leukos contain a glow in the white spot in the back of their ears. This is used for guiding cubs and others in the night, and also communicate when nothing can be heard.
Leukos are mostly crepuscular so dawn and dusk are their most active times, they are also sometimes hunting during the night or collecting some buried prey.
Conservationists are finding the most Leukodons they can and try to have people "adopt" them, which really is watching their behavior to learn more about them.

Leukodons have a limited amount of
times they can successfully breed. This is five
times in their lifespan. Mates can be same sex
however they are unable to breed.

2. Each user may only own 10 Leukodons.
3. Leukos are an observed wild species, they can only be male or female.
4. Leukos may have a same sex relationship but cannot breed.

5. Leukodons may not be sold, and may only be traded for other Leukos.
6. Artists please include the backmane in the reference, and once the
owner decides the sex, please remove the backmane unless it's a
mutated trait!
