Okay so I played around with the colour for a while and came up with this! Similar to your previous character, I added small wings (and it glows whoa technology) and cat-like ears. I made the tail more floof bc I think it suits the pup :3
You mentioned that you wanted flowers so I gave it a flower string wrapped around the tail ^^
