Name: Pinkie Pie
Gender: Female
Based off of Pinkie Pie and "Flawless" by Daniel Ingram.
The balloons are actually a PART of her, and are sort of an extension of her tail. They'll bob at different levels of height depending on her mood and state-of-mind - if she's sad, they'll droop, but if she's happy, they'll float up towards the sky.
Her paint is icing with white sprinkles, and helps extensively in her job as a baker.
