Makeup, Neutral Eyes, and Neutral Eyebrows - The makeup is her everyday makeup (kinda looks like pikachu themed makeup tho
) , meaning that she hides her feelings all the time. The eyes and eyebrows have no emotion because she is acting "normal", she's acting like nothing's wrong. The Tears - The tears of course mean, how she's sad and upset inside. She's not showing it, but inside she is crying.
All of it together is showing that she is crying on the inside (thus representing the tears) , but concealing it so no one will know (thus the makeup, brows, and eyes being "normal").
