Has fire powers but cant control them meaning his emotions trigger his powers. Hes being mentored by Helene to harness his powers and learn how to not catch everything on fire. His survival instincts during fights let him control his powers for a short period of time until he either cant control them anymore or he combusts leaving himself and everyone around him severely damaged. He doesn't want to hurt anyone but his journey always puts him and his party in danger
