This was going to be a Sparok design, but I felt like possibly keeping it so I made it on a canine base
I honestly don't know what color to make it, so I made it black and white (probs going to change it to blue, if I keep it)
Might adopt this guy out, but I'm not sure yet
He/She's based off of a Van shoe (the checkered ones)
