The poor girl is crying as the entire celebration the kingdom was preparing is being destroyed, she's feeling that those visitors from up above are the cause of it. Even if she's not apart of the royal guard.. this girl isn't going to let a couple of air breathing creatures deceive the entire kingdom of their celebration.

But maybe it's someone she knows... and the dog just doesn't want to believe it as she speaks with the other creatures of the ocean.
