First of all: do you have Google+? I post my Drawing there sometimes.

I'll just tell you here anyway^^
1st Step: You'll need to plan out the whole structure and body shape

Usually draw circles: you can then sketch out the human face! (We're drawing a human)
You then can draw the body structure by sketching it out. But at first we can just draw the head

Then you can outline the Inking in a separate layer.

You can draw the face, hair, eyes, whatnot. You can use a reference for hair styles, and other stuff.
