scar explanation: When Goy was young, she always used to get beat up by bullies. They never just "bullied" her, they scratched and bit at her, always tearing the skin away from her body, causing many scars to be left all over her body. Her scars are what reminds her not to talk to anybody, it's why she never speaks. People think she's mute, but she just doesn't speak because she's terrified of being tortured once more.
