Re: color a palette, get a character <3

The oekaki is for drawing. Any drawings made from this one must follow our oekaki rules and have art on them. The pallete in the corner is not enough.
Drawings that do not follow this rule will be locked.

The art must take up most of the canvas. The majority of the canvas should not be writing.
