I have some tips for you to make your art better.
1 - Start coloring with the pencil tool. Flood fill doesn't works well.
2 - Try to separate everything by layers; the background, the colors, and the lines.
And finally...
3 - Try to use 30-50% Smoothing. It makes your lining smoother.
I am just trying to make your art better, not criticizing ^.^
