Vincent something or other, "the Kleptomanic of Memories". he's formally referred to by his last name, but he is a very informal guy; he just prefers his first name, 'vincent', over anything else.

after his plea deal, vincent decided to try and curb his rampant criminalism and decided to run a blog about his fish and photographs; it's gotten very popular, especially since he's been quite an advocate for social issues lately. as he is not a minority, vincent has been using his popularity and status to try and help major causes he believes in.
