She can access any information in any database on the planet thanks to her electronic components. Her additional power is that she, a hologram, can actually appear physical if need be. Basically, her normal state is somewhat see-through, like a ghost, but she has the power to make herself physical and be able to touch and move around objects as needed, unlike a ghost would just drift through them.
NOTE: The cords are not a part of her - they merely have to be hooked up to her for her to survive, due to her internal and external electronic components.
