Two explanations of this, one being slightly clearer.
Basically, each one would be semi-custom. Contests would vary, and you'd have an idea of what you're getting into. Let's say that one is labeled as an object head. So, you would give me what object you want the head to be, and an idea for the outfit, as well as a gender. The name can always be chosen before or after.
An object head one would be labeled as such (as I said). Of course, those wouldn't be the only ones, and there would be different contests. Maybe one is an alien, and to win you give me a song to base it on. Or maybe an anthropomorphic character that to win you would give me a fish to base it on.
Marking is appreciated, but not necessary!
