So, I got this idea from a few games/animes I liked and just went with the flow?
Features;

Canine body
Lizard or dragon-like tail with feathers at various places
Extremely long cheek fur
Pretty eyes
Iridescent patches under the eyes
6 nostrils (front resembles canine nose while the other four noses are like python's receptors)
Cape-like wings on shoulders and down the center of their back (not wings)

How You Can Buy This Concept;

First you need to fill out an application - I want people who will actually USE THIS CONCEPT to buy them.

Your plans for this Creation: I'd work on the concept and then get some help from someone and make a species, closed or open I'm not sure yet.
What changes do you plan on doing for this creature?: Maybe more iridescent patches, like on the tail or chest.
Dedication Proof: Sadly none. This is my first species here on CS put back when I was still on dA I had a species called FudgePups that I was absolutely dedicated to- sadly it didn't catch on for obvious reasons haha
