Blue mattresses from the slumber party summer event, a window from Christmas a year or two ago, part of a snowman, and some coal. The shape is achieved through a hole in the background created by using multiple backgrounds. Does that make sense?

Ahh! That does make sense! The blue part was really throwing me off. I never even thought about the mattresses! Using the multiple backgrounds to form the box was very clever too! Nicely done!
