dárgyor, also known as "birdhunter" is a mammal living in the North-eastern regions of Helmundus. These agile carnivores can leap several meters upwards propelled by the brute force of their two-toed hind-feet. To gain speed, they occasionally use all four feet to move, but they are more often sighted standing on their two hind-legs. Their forefeet are much smaller and leaner in size, but it is dangerous to underestimate the strength of the dárgyor. The bone-like spikes on their wrists are used in combat to deal crippling blows at the target. Their tusks are also used in combat, but they play a more significant part in hunting. Occasionally one might witness the cruel sight of a dárgyor impaling its prey with no mercy. They have average eyesight, but their hearing is excellent. Their muscular tail brings balance during hunting and travel. A dárgyor can live up to fifty years and possibly longer. At five years, they usually reach their full size. It is estimated that dárgyor can grow up to three metres tall, but it is difficult to confirm this as no dárgyor have ever been captured.
