FINNALLY DONE!!! yes the time is correct....or well... actually no its not correct its not long enough. take the time from all the multiple edits and that the correct time.

accidently drew the glow in a layer I shouldn't have whoops! so this is the outcome here!

she has a sort of blue mist that hangs around her lower section and her entire outline glows purple, while these colors glow 24/7 they can only be seen by the naked eye at night time.

NOTES:
my favorite marking is the one on the bottom of her tail that looks like a cat<3

also all of her spots consists of blue/pink/green/purple colors on the pallet

AND all of her colors that glow are of a brighter shade of pink blue green and purple

Ok I don't really understand how dripping blue stuff from a tongue could be considered blood unless I wanted my kal bleeding out, taken down from CS but guys it was spit. That normal drippy stuff that comes out of your mouth? CALLED SPIT that.....but blue....xD
