lennie's big easter

one day lennie was siting in the grass eating a treat
she saw a bunny run past her house

the bunny saw her and waved

lennie ran to meet the bunny

the bunny told lennie that her name was hops and
she was going to the store to buy eggs for easter

lennie asked if she could help hops

hops told her that lennie could help her if she came to the egg hunt

lennie and hops went to buy eggs and dye
they went to lennie's home and got to work

hops took the eggs home to dry

the next day lennie woke up ready for a day of fun
but she had forgot to ask ware the egg hunt was!

she was about to call hops and tell her that she could not come
but she saw a note in her mail box saying the egg hunt was at rodent park

she ran to the park but no one was there!
she started to cry fearing she had missed it

then she heard a voice behind her.
she turned around and saw hops

lennie asked hops if she was mad at lennie for being late

hops told her that it was not late at all

but how? asked lennie. no one is here

well hops replied..... it has not started!

lennie began to giggle over what she had done

hops hid the eggs than set up a picnic with lennie

lennie had mad her best friend ever and no one could make them forget that
