She's a waitress at a dinner.(her voice sounds like Blanche from Golden Girls but with a lisp) She is really sassy and uses too much hairspray. Calls everyone honey or darlin' or sweetie/ sweetheart. Everyone either calls her Vivi, or if it's a kid she's close to they call her Nana. She has no biological grandkids or such, she's just like everyone's granny or aunt. She's really protective of the kids close to her as well and will go momma bear on someone if they hurt them. Her voice is sometimes whiny and annoying and she tends to be a little selfish and she talks a bit too much.
