In a world where color was basically eliminated by an over controlling government, one lone horse has to stand up for what's right, and bring color back to everything... Will he be able to save everyone? Are there others in his world that have seen glimpse of color? Without knowing who truly is a friend and who's a foe, he heads out to start his journey.
