Wow, nice!! He really draws your attention; you don't even notice the scribbled in background. xDD (Not to be mean. I do indeed love the pic. <3) This picture would look especially nice if the background were those same dismal colors, but perhaps with a clear top, and a full moon shown, as you can't really tell what he's looking at. Looking up into a tree at an eagle, maybe?

Anyway, his markings are awesome. Wonderful job.

Thank you! ^^ I might go in and add a better background later, but since I only recently obtained Rhii(He was given to me by kitty), I mostly wanted to practice drawing his markings. ^^ Your suggestion for the background is quite interesting though! I might just put that into use! 8D
