Any tips on the body? I feel like its kinda awkward. It's mainly the arms and where the waist dip and hip curves thats bugging me and i dont know what to do XD

Ok, so im going for a girl in the rain holding an umbrella with the quote "Darling, you'll be just fine." Yes she will be clothed, the shoulder blades are just to help me w/a frame of reference. When i color it the palette will be mainly lavender, purples, blues and a couple of pinks/warm oranges. I will go for watercolor

first off, the neck looks a little too wide!! i'd suggest making it a little straighter and a tad smaller,, idk what im saying HAHHA. her head is also a bit big so maybe try making it smaller orrrrr making her body bigger?? idk
i'd suggest making her a little curvier since her body looks kinda square
