Just something I was inspired to draw! (Yes, I have read the books, and I really like them!)

Here, I have made a hybrid of an Icewing and a Skywing. As seen in the books, hybrids are often deformed and odd looking, sometimes severely so. This hybrid, known as Shard, has under developed wings and a short tail, defects that affect his Sky half in a huge way. His features lean more toward Ice than Sky. He has a blue coloring, extra spines, and tons of spikes at the end of his tail which Shard can use as a heavy club. He can breath a weak flame on occasion.
Some of Shard's Sky features include scale shape, height, neck length, eye color, and the cluster of magenta freckles near his eye.
