changes that will be implemented soon;
- no edit rarities! goes by amount of edits
- myo prices based on how many edits
- stricter rules for hiring artists
- da point auctions on certain designs
- no ages on cappies (can be bred anytime after the one week cooldown from winning)
- only one thread for everything
- no limit to how many times a cappy can breed (potential to change)
- 2 week cooldown between breedings
- changes to trading/selling rules
- designs will be posted in batches but run as separate adopts
(cappies posted in batches are not related unless they are from a breeding)
