i assume you're talking about her back being exposed, i wouldn't say it is breaking them as she is still clothed. she is wearing a dress :>
its similar to how this dress are styled, but a little different!
if you're wondering for future reference, I'm around 90% sure that as much as a bikini is allowed as long as there is nothing suggestive about the image for feminine bodies, and shirtless masculine bodies are also allowed!
