A Vec Rirunan is essentially a dragon-dog-demon. Primarily considered a type of demon, they’ve gone through many adaptations as their existence as a species has grown. They were originally created back in 2015 by Yaksha Corlere. Typically, they have a dull, natural colored base coat, with unnaturally colored markings, but any combination is possible!

A Vec Rirunan pair of any sort is eligible to adopt an orphan! Fill out the appropriate form below and post it to the Orphan’s page. Orphans are FCFS, so be quick! Orphans will not grow up until adopted by a couple.

• A user may be included in no more than three batches/month for breeding.
  
• Forms must be completed correctly. Incorrectly done forms will be skipped, and the poster will be PM’d of what they need to fix.
  
• If you do not own both parents, a screenshot of permission for the breeding from the other owner should be supplied, as well as a link to their profile.
  
• Only biologically male and biologically female VR’s may breed.
  
• Potions are unlimited per batch, and must be paid to the artist that completes the batch.
  
• A VR must be owned for at least one month before being bred. (If you adopt on January 5th, you must wait until February 5th to breed)

• One week after the child is born, it grows to the adult status.

Mutations can be inherited from the parents, or the grandparents of each VR.
Standard - Filler percentages
Uncommon - 50%
Rare - 25%
Very Rare (New mutations) - 10%
Legendary - 5%

With every nursery batch, there’s a chance that a mutation new to the Vec Rirunan’s bloodline can pop up. For the most part, these mutations are already present in the species. An artist may roll for one additional trait in every batch. It's up to the artist to decide what they want to use, though there should be an even variety of mutations used.

There's also a chance that new, never-before-seen mutations can develop.

It's a 1/1,000 chance. Meaning using a random number generator such as random.org the only way a 'new' mutation will be added is if a 1 is rolled, setting the generator from 1 to 1,000. The 'new' mutation will be treated as a Very Rare mutation-- the chances of inheritance are 10%. These mutations are also restricted just to the children of that particular Vec Rirunan, and won't start popping up all around the community.
