All the advice that I can really give, is that if you have some highlights (like in the hair? 0: ) it might add a little more to the drawing if you put in some shading/dark areas too. O: You can also play around with the glow (in the eyes, from the stars, etc.), and have some extra highlights off of it, too, just to give it that little something! This isn't always necessary, though, just something you can play around with when you color. ^^

That aside, this is really cute, and really pretty! :D I love the resemblance to the pet, and starry night skies have always been a fav of mine- you captured it really well here! ;w;

I am still earning to shade properly so I usually shade sketches,free time drawings etc.
