As an extremely rare and elusive species, Kitanis had yet to be discovered by humans for thousands of
years. Scientists are now observing the feline-like creatures, and have learned that their mysterious glow
is actually a result of evolution, allowing them to be easily spotted by other Kitanis, and potential mates.
The strength of their glow often reflects their health as well; a healthy kitani's glow would be radiant and
luminous, whereas a weak, injured, or mentally unwell kitani's glow would be rather dull, and might even
flicker from time to time. When a Kitani dies, their light actually fades away altogether.

Five; Before gifting or trading a Kitani, you must get permission from l u n a.
Six; You may not edit the design of your Kitani, besides changing expression or adding accessories.
Seven; All contest art must belongs to the contest winner unless otherwise stated beforehand.
Eight; You may own up to fifteen Kitanis, unless given permission by l u n a to own more.
Nine; You are not permitted to use a Kitani as your fursona, unless given permission from l u n a.

One; Kitanis can be of any sexual or romatic orientation, and can breed with any other Kitani
regardless of gender, so long as the owner(s) both consent to the breeding.
Two; Incestuous relationships and breedings are not allowed under any circumstances.
Three; You must have a new Kitani for at least one week before requesting for it to be bred.
Four; Kitanis may only be bred twice in a lifetime. (The mate may be different both times.)
Five; It is up to the owners of the two parent Kitanis to decide what happens to the Kits.
Six; You must wait at least two weeks between the breedings of a Kitani.
Seven; You must wait at least four weeks before requesting the growth of a Kit.
Eight; Only request a breeding if an artist has a slot open. If there is one, then
fill out the form properly, and post it on the breeding thread. (First come, first serve.)
